For any entrepreneur or small business owner if you are ever wanting to get some extra capital to fund your business you may come across the subject of a personal guarantee or PG. Investopedia defines a PG as a ‘A personal guarantee is an individual’s legal promise to repay credit issued to a business for which they serve as an executive or partner’.
